What are your pieces made of?

-My pieces are made from stained glass and they all cut by hand and the soldered with 60/40 lead solder. Jewelry is made with lead free solder.

Do you accept custom work?

-Yes! I love making something something just for you! Just send me an e-mail and we can get started!

Do you accept returns or refunds?

-Unfortunately I do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you have a problem with your product do not hesitate to message me. 

What happens if my piece broke?

-I am so sorry that happened! Please message me and we will figure something out.

Who do you ship with?

-I ship with USPS and you will always get a tracking number with your order.

Do you ship internationally?

-Unfortunately I do not offer international shipping at the moment.

How long will it take to ship my item?

-Item that are pre-made will ship with in 7 days of purchase. Custom pieces will be a case by case basis. 

Do you offer classes?

-Not at the moment but I am working on it for the future!
